Shipping and payment

After completing purchases in the cart, an email is automatically generated and sent to me in order to complete the invoice, including the shipping costs (and payment fees according to payment method chosen), which depend on the destination and weight of each parcel. Therefore, please wait for an email of my invoice which will be sent within 48 hours.

I accept PayPal, but about 3,5% surcharge will be added to help fees for EU costumers and about 5,5% for non-EU costumers, bank transfers and Western Union. Please ask me for my bank details.

I DON’T ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS OR INTERNATIONAL CHECK!

The insurance for expensive packages is strongly recommended! If that is your choice, please tell me to add it to your bill.

After sending the parcels, buyers will receive their tracking numbers, the internet link to follow their parcel and all labels by pdf!

Grading

Is applied to the HMS-ISGS grading system. To complete the information, as usual, other abbreviations can be used: “W/O” (with operculum) and “W/P” (with periostracum).

Shells are live taken, unless otherwise specified.

Size and measuring

Shells are measured with a caliper and size of shell is taken by maximum dimension including spines, scales, etc. The standard-deviation (error variation) of measurement could have around 1 mm, or even 2 mm in big shells.

Prices and discounts

All shell prices are in euros.

Discounts can be considered for orders above 100 euros and for particular high-value shells.

Conservation

In full observance of the international regulation, beyond conservation preoccupations and respect for engendered species, I do not deal with protected species under CITES regulation.
