P.O.R.OUTSTANDING SHELL!
Exceptional quality with stunning beautiful and dark pattern typical for the nominative species from South Africa! Very pretty and dark with very nice typical maltese cross design underlined by a pretty dark dots in the margins, and very pretty dotted base plenty of orangish tones! Perfect extremities! The photos don’t do justice to the beauty of this shell, because the light reflexions! To be conservative and for the exclusive experts in this family, I would say that due a minor window of about 5 mm it seems some shine of the nacre possibility was affect on right dorsum, but this is hard to be seen only if inspected for some times by expert collectors. So, due to this minor flaw, and to be MUCH conservative I put a grade of “F++/F+++” and not a “F+++” or even “Gem-“. Certainly unscrupulous dealers should put much more! Anyway, surely it is a TOP CONDITION FOR THE CONNOISSEURS AT ALMOST 50% price reduction! OUT FROM MY PRIVATE COLLECTION! DON’T MISS IT!
