BIG! PRETTY & VERY NICE!
Very pretty design, very slightly grainy/granulose form (MOZAMBICANA), lovely caramel color and big specimen too. The photos don’t make justice to the beauty of this shell, because the light reflexions! With some natural incrustations on the teeth of the base, hardly seen, but nice extremities except, for the perfeccionists, near sinphonal channel it has a nick well recovered by the animal. Superb typical maltese cross design underlined by a pretty bluish color. Anyway very, very nice condition and upper than average specimen, for sure! Unobtainable nowadays, except for old collections, because there are no trawlers working in the area anymore! Estimated price for a F+++/Gem REAL specimen, surely more than 4.000/5,000! OUT FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION! DON’T MISS IT! Trawled by the Russian boats in the very nice old times of 90′. Quissico, South of Mozambique, trawled 100-120 meters. Circa 1995 weigh 58grs.
