BIG! IMPRESSIVE & HEAVY!
Very pretty granulose form (MOZAMBICANA), lovely caramel color margins and heavy and big specimen too. With some water bubbles, but under the nacre (the typical granulose form) and with some natural incrustations on the right base margin but nice extremities and superb maltese cross design underlined by a pretty bluish color. In the literature this granulose form is known as “mozambicana”, been a natural feature of this form. Anyway very, very nice condition and upper than average specimen, for sure! Unobtainable nowadays, except for old collections, because there are no trawlers working in the area anymore! Very low starting price! A Christmas gift! Estimated price for a F+++/Gem REAL specimen, surely more than 3.000€! OUT FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION! DON’T MISS IT! Trawled by the Russian boats in the very nice old times of 90′. Quissico, South of Mozambique, trawled 100-120 meters. Circa 1995 weigh 82grs.
